Ideally nestled in the hollow of its lush garden, quiet, 100m from the beach “La Gravière”, our beautiful villa is a real haven of peace.
House of traditional local architecture, built by the architect Henri Godbarge and completed in 1929, it was completely renovated and enlarged in 2016.
Its volumes have been designed for large families and thus provide unprecedented conviviality while offering the privacy sometimes sought after during family holidays.
170m² of bright light offering a capacity of 8 people and having many living spaces:
– La pièce à vivre principale est entièrement ouverte avec une cuisine équipée, une grande salle à manger et un salon télé.
– Un deuxième salon bibliothèque fera le bonheur des aficionados de lecture et autres jeux de société
La partie nuit se compose de 5 chambres :
– Une suite parentale en RDC, lit en 160, salle d’eau, dressing, vue sur le jardin à l’arrière de la maison
– A l’étage, 4 chambres : 3 avec lit en 140 cm, et la dernière avec un lit simple mezzanine.
L’étage bénéficie d’une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, double vasque.
The exteriors are subtly cared for and the East-West orientation of the house offers 2 totally different atmospheres with a more mineral side to the East for lounging on the stone terrace around the swimming pool and its flower garden.
To the west, the century-old cork oaks offer shade and freshness in a small green setting for a siesta in the hammock.
The 8mx3.5m swimming pool is heated and equipped with an automated submerged cover guaranteeing everyone’s peace of mind.
Two terrace areas for lunch or dinner according to the trajectory of the sun.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec la surprise de découvrir une maison avec une double exposition : côté piscine et le jardin arrière luxuriant. La maison est à 2 pas des plages de l’océan. En particulier la Gravière où nos enfants avaient leurs cours de surf. A recommander vivement.
